Workshop booking terms and conditions
- A refund can only be issued if PAGB is notified in writing at least 14 days before the date of the workshop.
- Refunds will exclude previously agreed costs for the development of bespoke content (applied to private workshops only).
- Bookings can be transferred to another date/colleague on only one occasion, otherwise, full charges will be incurred.
