Since the beginning of the year, we’ve hosted webinars with three of our associate members: Datapharm, 21six and World Products.
To kick off 2024, Datapharm delivered a webinar giving their unique insight into patients and healthcare professionals using emc, their electronic medicines compendium, to source information about medicines. They took our members through how uncovering audience insights and maintaining up-to-date medicines information supports how patients engage with medicines and informs future advances in accessibility.
In January we also partnered with 21six to host an event for our members on how to drive growth with a ‘human-centred branding model™️’ and lead the way in 2024. Their experts explored with us how OTC brands can put people at the centre of their marketing with real authentic stories to become more relatable and grow consumer trust and brand education, and ultimately support people to self-care.
This month, we’ve also worked with World Products to host an exclusive webinar for our members on the Amazon growth healthcare blueprint for 2024. Focused on supporting organisations partnered with Amazon to sell their OTC brands, World Products shared valuable information about customer-centricity and regulatory compliance, and how to transform sales through Amazon’s programs.
