At PAGB we value our employees, and we strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment for every member of our team. In line with this commitment, we offer a range of benefits and incentives for our employees to promote their physical, mental, and financial well-being.

Working hours and hybrid working

Whilst our offices are based in a vibrant area of central London in Holborn, we do also offer hybrid working. Normal working hours are 35 per week, with two set days in the office and three days working from home as standard. We endeavour to be accommodating to those who have commitments outside of work, considering appropriate flexible working requests from all staff.

Given our diverse range of colleagues at PAGB from different countries and backgrounds, we also allow colleagues to work remotely outside of the country up to two times a year.
